Search for Tickets and Customers

The Search facility allows you to search for tickets (by ticket contents) and customers (by customer name).

  1. To use the search facility, tap on the Search icon in the top navigation bar.

    2. The Search facility is displayed and is split into two tabs - the Tickets and the Customers tab.

  2. If you want to search for a ticket, ensure the Tickets tab is open. Alternatively if you want to search for a customer, tap to open the Customers tab.
  3. Enter your search term. The search runs while you type and displays matching results in the main panel.

  4. Tap on a result to open.
